Different pull up exercises to develop strong back and arms
The best way to develop strong arms and back muscles is using pull up exercises. By doing the pull the body is forced to lift its own weight. The best exercises for upper body training and muscle mass development are the pull-ups. It is known that pulls are not easy for one to perform especially for beginners. It needs dedicated practice and hard work. A beginner will find it hard to perform even one pull up. • While holding a firm grip on the pull up bar, pull the body up with a strong contraction of the muscles. Finish the pull on top of your arm

Wide grip pull up
This is also called the width grip pull up exercises and is the best way for a trainee to have strong back and arms. This pull up exercise naturally puts the body in a natural position to be engaged in the lower upper back and does not put too much stress on the biceps with additional weight.
• Grab the bar in shoulder width that is comfortable to hold on
• In this position, the body is pulled up with the chin reaching the level of the bar
• Hold on to the position for a second before lowering the back to starting position
Close grin pull up
• Grab the bar with palms of you hands facing down. The hands can be spaced apart or be right next to each other
• Pull the body up using your back with strong muscle contraction and finish on top of your arms.
